CONDITIONS OF SALE

All goods purchased must be paid for in full, before goods are despatched. I do not operate a 'cash on delivery' service. Estimated delivery times quoted are per business day, & do not include Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.  Delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier service.

SHIPPING

Free postage and handling on orders within Australia.
International shipping rates are based on those set by Australia Post. Where possible, I try to arrange the cheapest option available to keep your costs down. I currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom. New Countries can be added by request.

Returns

Because of the nature of my product, and due to healthy and safety regulations, I do not accept returns.
Returns are only accepted where the workmanship or parts are faulty, where they will be repaired/replaced then posted back to you.

PICK UP

Pick up is available by appointment only, however, is not recommended unless you are local. Mense Sense is located in Country Victoria and does not have a store front but us a privately home run business. I also dont keep stock on hand, as I only sew for orders. 

PRIVACY

Mense Sense does not sell or disclose your personal or private information to anyone, including names address, email address or phone numbers. All credit card details are destroyed and are not kept on file. Purchases will appear on your records as "Judith Howell' not "Mense Sense".
